One of the books aimed at Kindergarteners is Why Mosquitoes Buzz In People's Ears. It sounds harmless enough. But as Robin Steenman, the leader of the Moms for Liberty chapter in Williamson County, Tennessee warns, "This is really the first introduction to a depressing story line at the tender age of five and six-year-olds. It deals with a lot of dark illustrations, angry animals with bared teeth and snarls. It's just a pervasive theme of death and negative emotions at the kindergarten age." Watch.
